Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. The idea

OrderProof exists to process legitimate business orders between you and your buyers, and to produce honest records of them. Use it for that. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

2. You may not

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to process orders for goods you may not lawfully sell to the buyer in question.
  • Submit documents you have no right to process — including other people's data collected without authority.
  • Use the Service to create false records: fabricated orders, manipulated receipts, or documents intended to deceive an auditor, counterparty, or authority.
  • Probe, overload, or disrupt the Service; bypass authentication, tenant isolation, or rate limits; or access another customer's data.
  • Submit content designed to manipulate the automated extraction into producing results the document does not support (for example, hidden instructions in a document).
  • Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a commerce platform such as Shopify, you must comply with its terms as well. You may only connect stores you are authorised to operate.

4. Security research

If you find a vulnerability, tell us at hello@ryvion.aibefore disclosing it publicly. Good-faith reports are welcome; testing against other customers' data never is.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and explain why. We may also remove content or block activity that puts the Service or other customers at risk, and we will report unlawful activity where the law requires.
